Our Story
Danielle and Kassidy have worked together since 2016, building a strong friendship both personally and professionally. Early on, they were almost always set up side by side, developing a shared rhythm and standard for client experience. In 2020, they took a brief step in different directions when Danielle became an independent stylist, renting her own chair—but it wasn’t long before Kassidy joined her. Reuniting in a more independent setting gave them the perspective to take the next step of creating a space of their own. With a focus on keeping things elevated yet comfortable, in 2026, they opened The Ivy Hair Lounge as a reflection of how they’ve always liked to work—collaborative, intentional, and welcoming.

You are welcome to walk in – but there is not a guarantee of being able to be seen. It’s best to make an appointment in advance!
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, while changes within 24 hours—or missed appointments—will be charged in full. This policy helps us respect our time as well as other clients who may be waiting for availability. Thank you for your understanding.
If you’re running late, we understand that things happen. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to stay on track for the rest of the day. In some cases, this may mean receiving a modified version of your booked service. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best experience for every client
